In January we launched our website. While this was an exciting time for us, we were also very nervous.  We knew we were taking a major leap of faith, but we had a strong squad supporting us and cheering us on.

In the Spring, we entered into unchartered territory by becoming the first sexuality educators to teach at the NC School of Science and Math and UNCG Middle College.

Fast forward to May...we were given the opportunity to present at the SHIFTNC Conference on Adolescent Sexual Health.  We recharged our superpowers with other sexual health heroes by serving as panelists and conference speakers.

In September we attended the NC Sexual Health Conference and were awarded the Sexual Health Equity Rising Star Award! We were taken by surprise and it meant so much to us as we create safe spaces for people of color to have conversations about sexuality freely.  To add to our SexCon high, we had the privilege of meeting,  Dr. Joycelyn Elders.  We walked away feeling 10x more empowered than when we walked in.

Of course we can’t forget to thank our sponsors: ONE Condoms, Trojan Condoms, Advocates for Youth Great American Condom Campaign, Astroglide, Uberlube, Adam and Eve and Intimate Earth. If you’re interested in free lube or condoms, contact us here.

Thank you for supporting us as we strived to make a difference.

We are thankful for the opportunities to attend various events and network with other people who are passionate about sexuality education.

We hope that 2018 provides more opportunities for growth, prosperity, and success!
